Rangers took on 3rd-place Eastmoor Dragons in a local derby tie at Lee Moor but lost out 4-26.

The first half was closely fought untll the 22nd minute when a Mulcahy try broke the deadlock and a further try to Jamie Dodds, converted by Mulcahy giving the visitors 10-0 lead at half tme.

The score remained 10-0 until the hour mark when Eastmoor's Danny Johnson crossed for an unconverted try. Rangers only points came from a try by Sam Malley. The final eight minutes saw Eastmoor strengthen their lead with tries by Jacob McDermott and Shaun Upson, both converted by Johnson, to give the Dragons a 26-4 win.
