             Under 16s Match Reports, 2004-5

The Under 16s fielded a depleted team but managed
a successful 26-6 win away at Drighlington.
Rangers attacked from the start and put in a strong
defence, keeping the home side in their own half. Stanley's first
points came after they had put pressure on the line and gained a
penalty, scored by Kieran Hyde. The lead was increased when the
ball was moved out wide and Russell Dale went over, the try converted
              by Hyde.
After the break Drighlington came back with a
converted try but Stanley hit back with a Sam Taylor try again converted
by Hyde. Dale went over for a second try, Hyde tagging on the extras
as Rangers took control. Dale finished off the scoring with his
hat trick and Hyde made sure with a successful conversion.
