Under 16s Match Reports, 2004-5
The Under 16s eased through to the third round
of the BARLA National Cup with a 54-10 win against Kells, the
Kieran Hyde opened the scoring with a try and
Gareth Firm and James Davey adding a further two. Hyde converted
all three tries putting Stanley 18-4 up at half time.
In the second half Stanley were playing up the
slope but dominated the half with prop Phil Jackson running a try
in from his own half, with Hyde adding the goal. James Tingey, Sam
Taylor (2),Hyde and Matthew Dey all added further tries with Hyde
converting three of them, leading Stanley into the quarter finals.
