Under 16s Match Reports, 2004-5
The Under 16s proved too strong for Walton Warriors
in a convincing 51-0 win in the Wakefield Unison Youth Cup Final
at Featherstone Rover's Lionheart Stadium.
Stanley opened the scoring with a try from Russell
Dale, followed by tries from Phil Jackson, Jason Tingay and Sam
Taylor (2), with three conversions from Kieran Hyde.
Despite Walton's best efforts in the second half,
Stanley ran in further tries from Tingay, Damian Thomas, Adrian
Hampshire and Russell Dale. Hyde added another three conversions
and a drop goal.
