CLUB FUNDRAISER DAY IS 4 DAYS AWAY!
12.08.25

4 days to go to our annual club fundraiser taking place. For the second year running we see the primary teams host their gala followed by the third memorial game to commemorate those we have unfortunately lost along the way.

There'll be plenty to do on the day with stalls, raffles, BBQ, face painting, food and drink. The aim is to provide funds to teams for equipment in the 2026 season along with funds towards a multi functional tractor/mower that will see us being able to complete pitch maintenance effectively.

Everyone is welcome, so come down and have a great day!
SO-CLOSE LOSS FOR RANGERS
04.08.25

Rangers Open Age team just lost out in the last minutes of the game at Siddal Academy 26-28. Siddal stay in fourth place in the Premier Division with Stanley in fifth. The next game for the Open Age team is on Saturday at home against Newsome Panthers, 2.30pm kick off.
RANGERS GALA AND MEMORIAL DAY
30.07.25

For the first time  the Junior Rugby Gala and the Commemorative game between the Open Age and the Masters, will take place on the same day -  Saturday 16th August.

Now in its second year, the Gala will have teams from U7s, U8s, U9s and U10s taking part in a festival of rugby league. So far we have around 30 teams representing 11 clubs across 4 age groups.

This is followed by the third annual Memorial Game. Initially set up to remember past team mates James Howcroft and Si Leary which we have continued this each year and continue to remember them both, along with others from the Rangers family we have lost along the way. We’ll post a few people we intend to remember in the coming weeks.
Throughout the day there will be stalls, raffles, ice cream van, BBQ and more.
Please come along and help raise money for Stanley Rangers and have a great time in the process!
