Stanley had the better of the closing quarter of the game at Askam, adding their only points of the match via a John Nunns try and a drop goal by Kieren Holt.
However the dominant Cumbrian side had already sealed the win with tries from Ethan Guy, Tom Butler, Russ Bolton, Tom Wilkinson and a brace for Ben Lewney, along with six Dan Sayle goals.
