A bottom-of-the-table tussle between Stanley Rangers and Stanningley saw the visitors come away with the two points winning 40-24 after being 24-22 down with seven minutes to go. Unanswered tries for Stanningley's Cameron Learning, Adam Benn and Curtis Sidebottom with Jack Brown totalling six goals to add to his earlier two touchdowns. Sidebottom and Murphy also scored for the visitors.
Stanley's points came from tries by Kieran Holt, Shaun Abson, Liam Crawley and Anton Porter, with four goals from Danny Grice.
Stanley's next game - August 13th - is at home to Saddleworth Rangers, currently fifth from top. Kick off is at 2.30pm.
