Stanley Rangers Open Age team won 22-12 against Kings Cross Park in the Yorkshire Mens League Playoffs Final at Featherstone Rovers - what a terrific achievement!

In the first half an early try from Joel Walsh, converted by Liam Gaunt made the score Rangers 6-0.On 18 minutes, Kings Cross Park scored a converted try making it all square at 6-all. Just before half time, Charlie Roche dived over the line to put Rangers back in the lead. Half time score 10-6.

In the second half an early Joel Marsh try made it 14-6 for Rangers. A further try from Jed Goddard gave Rangers a further lead at 20-6. However Kings Cross fought back with a converted try - 20-12. In the final minutes a penalty kick from Liam Gaunt made the score 22-12 and Rangers the YML Champions.
