Stanley Rangers 20 v Sharlston Rovers 27 Stanley Rangers pushed Sharlston all the way to just lose out 20-27. A try from John Cooper and goals from Gareth Whitehead gave Stanley a 10-4 lead at the interval. Sharlston came back but a try from Stuart Godfrey and a goal from Whitehead brought the score all square at 20 each. A drop goal from the new Sharlston coach Jon Agar broke the deadlock and a late, converted try from Sharlston kept them at the top of the Premier Division. |
