Very difficult to do a match report the scores being so high, so
I’ll put down the stats for each players instead.

			  Dearne Valley 30 Rangers 52

Austin (Man of the Match, Opponents Man of the Match, Top Tackler)

			  Tries- 2 tackles -14

Different animal since our break, best performance by far, massive
hits and powerful running - a real handful.

			  Aiden (most improved)

			  Tries -2 tackles -7

Involved much more today, powerful runner, too strong to put down,
and scored the game-breaking try when the game was close.

			  Archie tries -1 tackles -5

Played with a slight injury, showed great courage in defence and
			  always exciting returning the ball.

			  Alfie tries -3 conversations 8/9

Tackles -9 another great captain's performance, spotted gaps at
will scoring and setting up tries, excellent goal kicking too.

			  Tyler tries -2 tackles -7

Always puts his body on the line, hit with some big tackles just
gets up and carries on, great metres direct from dummy half.

			  Jack tackles -6

Unlucky not to score a powerful try when pulled back by ref,
tackled well and showed great hands for a prop getting other lads
			  into space.

			  Harry tackles -13

Last but not least Harry, some brilliant tackling, never stopped
working for his team, controlled kick offs the 2nd half, never
stopped talking and encouraging a real leader for the team.

Yesterday was a good test against a big strong side 2 divisions
above us, we also played 7 against 8 and they had a sub to keep
their team fresh, apart from letting them come back early in 2nd
half it was a flawless performance, I see big things for these
kids and have no doubt they will be competitive in much higher
divisions. Proud coach sat writing this. Well done boys, loved every
minute, special thanks to Olly and Bobby for helping with kicking
tee and water bottles and both Ellie’s for the stats sheet
(Thanks to the Under 12s for this match report)
