Under 15s Match Reports, 2003-4 Stanley Rangers U15s 26 v Castleford Lock Lane
0 Rangers attacked down the slope and opened up the scoring with a well-worked try by Jason Tingey, converted by Kieran Hyde. Then Damien Thomas forced his way over the line for a touchdown again converted by Hyde. Lock Lane tightened their defence but Matthew Dey crossed over to put Stanley into a strong lead at the half way stage. In the second half, Rangers defended the slope magnificently with some superb defence, denying Lock Lane any points. Late tries by Adrian Hampshire, converted by Hyde and Hyde himself sealed an excellent win. |
