After an even opening with both sides of forwards dominant, Rangers took
the lead when Sam Taylor scored a try under the posts, converted by Kevin
Eadie. New signing Jason Tingey then scored his first of three tries,
converted from out wide by Matthew Dey then another debutant, Jordan Horsefield,
took the ball 30m out and stepped through the home defence to score a
try, converted by Eadie. Stanningley pulled back with a couple of uncoverted
tries but further tries from Tingey and Thomas completed the victory.
