In a game of two halves Stanley raced to
an 18-4 half time score and then went to sleep for the rest
of the game allowing Myton to drag the game back to get to
within 4 points of Stanley before Daniel Ledgeway scored to
give a final score 22-14. Stanley's other tries were scored
by Ben Sykes. Taz Wildey, Daniel Ledgeway and Dean Jeffcote
with Boucher adding 1 conversion. John Boucher claimed the
man of the match award with a fine display in defence making
a couple of try saving tackles. Others that excelled were
Chris Grice, Danny Gant, Simon Haigh and Liam Crawley.
Stanley's next game is away to Crigglestone
in the Wakefield Cup semi final.
