Stanley Rangers travelled to Milford but came away with a 8-54 loss to the Division Two leaders.
Marlins ran riot in the second half, after only leading 14-8 in the first half. Milford's Coates scored after 13 minutes, Andy Barker crossed and Coates added the conversion, followed by a try from Matty Smith. Stanley hit back with tries from centre Richard Cattley and winger McDermott.
In the second half, tries from Milford's Smith, Hayes, Fawcett, Coates and Smith combined with six goals from Coates put Milford two points clear at the top.
