Myton Warriors, perhaps Milford's main rivals for the championship, extended their six game unbeaten run agians a determined Rangers side.
Myton led by 16-6 at half time and had a strong lead in the second half, 22-6 ahead, through two tries and two goals by Ashley James, touchdowns for Ainley and Booth and a conversion by Kris Walker.
Stanley were limited to a try and a goal from Gareth Whitehead but staged an impressive rally when Tim Howard and Joe McDermott crossed in a six-minute period before the hour, with a Whitehead conversion reducing the arrears to a converted try. But a final goal by Walker settled the issue and gave Myton the final two points.
