A marvellous 46-18 win over Egremont Rangers keep Stanley in third place in the league.
An early John Paul Brocklebank penalty had given the visitors the lead but within two minutes James Gollings had crossed the line for Stanley and they never looked back.
In the 13th minute, centre David Baxby cut through for a second home try,converted by Gareth Whitehead. Egremont responded with a Brocklebank try and conversion and with Paul Corkhill impressive, the visitors were giving as good as they got.
Stanley's Damien Thomas led the pack in style and after Whitehead slotted over a penalty, Firth went in for his first two tries in rapid succession, both goaled by Whitehead. This gave Stanley a 24-8 lead at half time.
Seven minutes into the second half, Firth completed his hat trick and Rangers were in the ascendency. Further tries from Andrew Brook, Firth and Chris Grice piled up the points. Egremont had two consolation tries late on the half from Peter Bewsher and Corkhill.
