Hattons Solicitors NCL Administrator David Lowe has issued fixtures for Division One and Two until the end of the season. In doing so, Lowe has stressed that alterations may be made because of the continued adverse weather conditions or further commitments in the Carnegie Challenge Cup or the Ace Insurance BARLA National Cup. In rearranging the fixtures, Lowe emphasises that he has tried to be as fair as possible in compiling the outstanding games.
