Ovenden 16 v Stanley Rangers 24

Ovenden gave Stanley a scare leading 16-6 at half time but Stanley battled back to finish 24-16 winners.
An early touchdown from Gareth Whitehead, converted by Kevin King, were the only points for Stanley in the first half.
In the second half, Danny Grice, Stanley's man of the match, scored a hat-trick of tries, all successfully converted by King.
Despite their defeat, Ovenden can take heart from a good first-half display with tries from Sutcliffe, Walsh and Georghan, centre Allan landing two goals.
This coming weekend Stanley Rangers do not have a fixture.
