Rangers bounced back from being 20-6 down to beat Oldham St Annes 24-20.
A try and three goals from Danny Grice and further tries from Darryl Gaunt, Jon Gledhill and Liam Crawley gave Stanley their points. Oldham's points came from tries from Nathan Dewitt, Josh Denbeki and Dominic Igoe with four goals by Lee Forsyth.
This coming weekend - 21st April - Rangers travel to Cumbria to take on Millom.
