York Acorn 36 v Stanley Rangers 14

York Acorn maintained their 100% record with a 36-14 win over Stanley Rangers.
Stanley made a bright start and after 14 minutes were ahead 8-6 thanks to tries from winger Jordan Archer and scrum half Jackie Hogan. York's points came from a Brayshaw try, converted by Chilton. By the interval however, Acorn had moved ahead with tries by centre Wood, 2nd row Hyde and full back Budd, giving them a 24-8 lead.
In the second half, Wood went on to complete his hat-trick with the sixth goal from Chilton. Rangers hit back five minutes from the end with a try from sub Gareth Rawlinson, goaled by Danny Grice but it was too late to overturn the score.
Next weekend - the 14th April - Stanley are at home to Stanningley.
