The Raiders led 16-0 at the interval and built on that lead to finish 34-6 winners.
The Raiders had a 16-0 lead at half time with tries by Haydn Mann, Stu Biscomb and Chris Hope and two conversions to Jamie Benn and stretched their advantage to 22 points 10 minutes into the second half with a second try to Hope.
Joel Marsh replied for Rangers and with Danny Grice improving, the game moved to its final quarter but Oulton finished the winners with tries for Nathan Batty and Dom Flanagan, Jamie Benn adding his fifth goal.
