Stanley Rangers achieved the double over Askam with a home win of 38-22 following their away win 26-12 earlier in the season.

A brace of tries from Carl Hughes, with further tries by Richard Cattley, Paul Hughes, James Senkiw, Mark Robinson, John Nunns and David Findlay along with five goals kicked by Danny Grice accounted for Stanley's points. Askam replied with tries by Jonathan Walsh (2), Mark Tyson and Garry Bolton with 3 Kristian Tyson conversions. Rangers were leading 20-6 at half time and although Askam fought back in the second half to get back to 20-12 on 65 minutes it was not enough to deny the home side their win.

The Match day sponsor was Spectrum Recruitment. Paul Hughes was voted both the Sponsors Man of the Match and the Conference Man of the Match.
