Open Age Match Reports 2023

Fryston Warriors 42 v Stanley Rangers 26

Rangers went  toe-to-toe with Yorkshires best for 70mins. Gave us an indication of where we need to be if we see this season through and get promotion. Well done to Fryston Warriors Open Age. Seal that league leaders lads.
Massive shout out to Lewis Emmerson. 16 year old on debut and got man of the match award. Massive future. Also congratulations to Jake Bond on Debut and the return of Jake Lord. Future is bright at Stanley.

The team now have two big games -  against Keighley Albion, currently second in the table, on 9th September and then the last game of the season away at local rivals Sharlston Rovers.

Two of the debutants from yesterday's game are our Under 16s powerful backrower and Man of the Match Lewis Emmerson and Under 18s flying winger Jake Bond both being presented with their match shirts by Danny Ansell.
