A rare defeat at the hands of Lock Lane was by no means a disappointment. Stanley had no fewer than 9 players missing and the massive size advantage of Lock Lane proved the winner in the end. The best rugby was played by Stanley who at least attempted to throw the ball around.

 

Matty Hobson at his best, exploiting their weak side and blasted them apart down their right side with run after run in their territory.

 

Matty H was awarded a very very well deserved opposition Man of the Match.

 

Mathew Sowerby Joe Crabtree and big Tommy Gant all excelled up front, Matty S doing his season's best with his defensive effort and managing to pull of a great try saving tackle on his line holding up Cam Smith.

 

Thomas Sowerby gave 150% as always, running, darting, passing, but more importantly this week tackling, with a superb 18 tackles to bag Top Tackler award, well done.
