This again was a complete performance from the Stanley boys, and to stop Shaw Cross from scoring was a tremendous team effort. The team was under strength with some of the players missing but stuck to the task at hand and produced a wonderful 9 try victory. Tommy Gant again showed his power, and was a constant threat to the Shaw Cross defensive line, and was awarded the players parents man of the match award.

 

Corry Eaton was also on top form this week with some fantastic and intelligent kicking to keep the opposition under constant threat. Corry is developing very well at scrum half and is showing all the skills needed to grab that position next season.

 

Matty Hobson and Jordan O'Neill also stiffened up the defence with Sean Smith again showing his strength in both defence and attack.
