Stanley bounced back in style after the disappointing manner of last week's defeat at Eastmoor and deservedly took the spoils against a very good Heworth outfit.

Stanley's forward line laid the platform early in the game but it was the hard work the boys put in during the week that seemed to pay dividends as their defensive line was world’s apart from the previous week. Heworth tried to give the ball some air but Stanley’s impressive work rate in defence stifled any attacking threat they had.  Tries and conversions from Owen Trout, Brad Gallagher, Liam Brad and Alfie Goddard made sure Stanley won by a comfortable margin.
