In a thrilling derby encounter that saw both defences tested Stanley edged out their opponents with a narrow victory for the Rangers. Tries came from Brad Gallagher, Owen Trout, Jake Smith (2) Ryan Snowden and Karsten Wilson. Conversions were added by Trout, Alfie Goddard and Nick Wilkinson.

Wilson was named Man of the Match rewarding his pirouette over the line, Snowden received the Outstanding Effort award, Gallagher was Man of Steel and Trout was named Top Tackler for his try saving effort knocking the Crig attacker out of touch at the final play of the game.
