Stanley Rangers U13s started their season off with a bang after a superb win over Stanningley.
First half tries came from Liam Green and Jordan Howden, with conversions from Man of the Match Charlie Ledger and Joe Unwin, giving a half time score of 12 - 10.
Both teams fought hard in the second half, with tries coming from Jordan Sharp, Ledger, Jordan Walker, Matthew Burman and two further conversions from Unwin. However, Rangers strong defence held by Adam Newby, Jordan Smith and Kieran White kept the full time score at 32 - 22.
