This was a big struggle and a very long day to get the game on and we eventually played at Rods so many thaks to them, along with Alex from U18s, John Holroyd from the U12s, Barbara Rawlinson, John "Ollie" Holroyd and of course our wonderful dedicated parents who along with Steve and myself were up on the top pitch at what seemed the crack of dawn both Saturday and Sunday.Thanks also to Ellenborough Rangers for their patience in a weekend that saw the game on and off on numerous occasions.
After the game in the clubhouse, Rogger Fagge from BARLA did the draw for the 14s, 16s, 18s for Round 3 of the X-Blades BARLA National Cup. The full draw is on the BARLA website but we will be travelling to Ince Rose Bridge, Lancashire on the 14th February.
Our next fixture is against Castleford Panthers at home on Sunday 7th Feb in Round 1 of the Fam YJARL Challenge Cup.
