Stanley took on huge improvers and quality-coached side Drighlington, but came out determined at full strength and in no mood for any errors.
Stanley from the off dominated the middle of the park with some solid and rugged defence, backed up by some quality distribution and finishing from the outside backs.
The score at half time was 14 nil, and we were unlucky not to have finished off two sitters.
The second half again started very well and within 10 minutes we were at 26 to nil on the score board. The game finished that score, but we as a team are looking more organised, and confident with a bit of the old spark back.
