Stanley Rangers U15s bowed out of the Wakefield Cup going down 28-22 to
Crigglestone All Blacks.
Rangers lacking regulars through injury and
illness took the game to Crigglestone to take a 16-12 lead into half time
with Ben Richardson crossing for a brace of tries and Adam Megretton also
crossed the whitewash Jordan Author added two superb touchline
conversions.Rangers played the last 20 minutes of the match with 12 men
due to injuries but pushed Crigglestone all the way Adam Megretton crossed
for his second try and Jordan Author slotted over his third goal to set up
a tense finish but Crigglestone sealed victory with a converted try.
