Stanley managed to hang onto their unbeaten start in what turned out to be a thrilling game of Rugby.
Stanley started the brighter of the two sides going in for two early tries, only for some slack defensive errors to allow East Leeds back into the game. Stanley showed their flair in a keenly contested game, especially Man of the Match Cameron Lees who set up two tries from his fast improving kicking game. Man of Steel Owen Trout lead from the front as usual, and his powerfull running caused East Leeds all sorts of problems and he was well backed up by Declan Honeyman , Ryan Snowden and top tackler Stephen Gibbs.
Stanley and East Leeds traded tries in the second half, and only a last ditch tackle from Alfie Goddard in the last minute ensured victory for Rangers, this winning him the outstanding effort award. Stanley need to get back to basics and concentrate on defending as a team to continue there terrific start to the season.
