Newcomers Clock Face Miners travelled to Lee Moor on Saturday 4th March and went away with two points, beating the home side 32-4. At half-time Stanley were 16-0 down but in the second half Miners moved away finally finishing 32-4.

The visitors opened the scoring with a try for Milners converted by Martin Hutton. Connor Cutts added a second on the 23rd minute before a Paul Hunt try and Hutton conversion made it 16-0 at half time. Cutts also crossed in the 1st minute of the second half and nine minutes later Kurt Ashcroft followed with a try while a second Hunt try made sure of the two points. Stanley's only points came from a late unconverted try by Joel Marsh in the 74th minute.
