Clock Face Miners proved too strong for Stanley Rangers running out 38-8 winners, after being 16-0 ahead on 18 minutes.

A brace of tries by Miners' Karle Hunt and a Luke Leyden try gave the home side a 16-0 lead on 18 minutes. Stanley's Liam Grimmett and Joel Marsh hit back before the break but a Peter Becker try then put Miners ahead 22-8 at half time.

Hunt completed his hat-trick 14 minutes after the restart and Brad Davies crossed as the game entered the game entered the final quarter. Paul Hunt improved the score but Shaun Costello resuming his kicking duties when Ryan O'Donnell crossed the whitewash over 8 minutes from time, with a successful conversion: 38-8., completing the score
