Well, another great day of rugby played by both teams
today, and a return match with York Acorns.
Stanley once again started strong on a very cold and
windy day but Stanley did not let this impede them.
With some great attacking and defensive play from
Wright,Law and Fagge, along with some brilliant
forward drives from Keany, Fletcher, Cawthra and
Dove.
Some outstanding kicking skills were implemented by
Wright and some quick thinking tactics from our
Captain Talbot, this team is fast becoming a force
to be reckoned with.
Law, Morley and McCabe were defensively strong,
their team spirit was second to none.
Once again Wright, Talbot, Keany, Fletcher, Fagge,
and a brilliant Dove kept us in the black and out of
the red.
