Stanley Rangers U12's were back on form this week sending Castleford Panthers crashing out of the Yorkshire Challenge Cup with a 12 - 4 victory.

The first try from Stanley came from Man of the Match Charlie Ledger and was converted by Joe Crossland, leaving them 6 - 4 in front at half time.

The defence lead by Adam Newby, Adain Womack and Jack Rules held strong, allowing Matty Burman to cross the line, this was converted by Ledger to top the score sheet.

The Yorkshire Challenge Cup final will be held at the Chris Moyles Stadium Featherstone Rovers on Bank Holiday Monday, 03/05/08.
